The Hospitality Foundations program gives an overview of essential people and practical skills for individuals new to the hospitality industry. Participants discuss the importance of guest service in the hospitality industry and how the company values can be used to guide excellent guest service mindsets and behaviours. They are shown best practices in communicating and working effectively, given the opportunity to practice some essential practical skills and apply their newly acquired knowledge in a hospitality setting.<\/p>\n
