The People Leader Toolkit is a library of bite sized micro-learning modules. It contains the guides, frameworks, and resources new people leaders need to be the best leaders they can be. Information that aims to help them spend less time addressing issues, avoid compliance penalties and build a great reputation for their teams.
Initial modules include:
- Acting in good faith
- Transitioning to leadership
- Creating a positive team culture
- Diversity, equity & inclusion
- Onboarding
- Effective communication
- Managing performance
- Performance improvement plans
- Managing misconduct
- Courageous conversations and effective feedback.
Each module featured a video intro to the topic and was supported by a playlist of additional deep-dive learning resources within the LMS. The project was supported by the creation of a People Leader Hub, a SharePoint communication site that housed any related support material. Policies, forms etc.
