Giving & Receiving Feedback

This project was two micro eLearning modules (on receiving and delivering feedback) created to support the annual performance review cycle. The character Marvelous Marvin the Mind-Reading Magician was employed to make the lesson memorable and to reinforce the message that effective communication is key, since very few of us have mind-reading powers. Short animations were used throughout the modules to embed key messages.
