AT Assist offer IT support across the Auckland Transport. Following a major overhaul of the systems and operating procedures, a training program was required to make users aware of the enhancements.

Face-to-face training covered the more technical aspects of the enhancements and was delivered on a need to know basis. The explainer video offered a company-wide solution to raise awareness of the updates and promote behaviour change.

It focuses on the why behind the enhancements, promoting the benefits and encouraging end users to adapt their habits and use the new system correctly.
