Workshop & Digital Handbook

Welcome to SkyCity is a face-to-face or live-on-line facilitated session. It must be completed within the first thirty days of starting work and gives new starters a high-level overview of the company before they get too engrossed in their role and department.

The session covers:

• What is SkyCity? – Our Business and Our Values
• Who is SkyCity? – Our people, our customers, and our communities
• Where is SkyCity going? – Our leadership and future.

There is a strong focus on the services and opportunities available to new starters within the business, but also on the risks they may encounter. A significant aspect of the session is fulfilling our obligation to the DIA legislation and commitment to Host Responsibility training. There are several scenario activities throughout which are designed to confirm that participants have understood the content of their mandatory e-learning modules and clarify any questions they may have.
