Elearning modules for digital induction platform.

Tegel foods needed to update their on-boarding processes and induction material. A comprehensive library of engaging modules were produced covering everything from hand washing to chicken sorting!

To promote the idea of inclusivity an illustrated Tegel family was used. Each member of the family guiding you through a different aspect of the on-boarding process. The training content was augmented with interactive activities, audio, animations and new photographs.  

The digital resources are hosted on Tegel’s Learning Management System and form part of a blended on-boarding process.  At specific points in the training learners are required to walk the floor with their training buddy and assess what they have learned.
